Prior to your first visit, your insurance will be verified by our Billing Specialist.

Out-of-Network and Self-pay Options
If you are using out of network benefits, JEM Wellness & Counseling helps our clients access and utilize their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Please ask us about this benefit! Basically, your insurance company reimburses you for a percentage of the cost of your sessions, sending your reimbursement check directly to you.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit & debit cards. We do not accept checks or cash. Fees will be collected at the time of service.
