Q: Do you accept insurance?

We do accept BCBS & Aetna health Insurance. We will be happy to verify your insurance information and let you know what your out of pocket cost will be per session. You are welcome to utilize your out-of-network benefits for all other insurance plans. Many insurance policies offer partial reimbursement to see an out-of-network therapist. Payment is collected from you directly following your session, and we will be happy to provide you with a superbill which you may submit to your carrier for direct reimbursement sent straight to you.

Q: What can I hope to accomplish in therapy?

There are many benefits to engaging in therapy. Some of these include: gaining a better understanding of oneself, figuring out life goals and prospects, improving personal relationships, developing coping skills, enhancing problem-solving abilities, making positive changes to problem behaviors, and boosting self-esteem. Your therapist will work with you throughout this process and offer new insight to an issue that you have been struggling with.

Q: How long will I be in therapy?

There is no specific time frame when working on personal development and growth. Depending on the type of changes that you are looking forward to making and the issues that you would like to work on, therapy can last from a few sessions to much longer. Some find therapy to be extremely beneficial and choose to make it a long-term process.

Q: What happens during the 10-minute consultation?

Per the information shared in your inquiry, you will be paired with a therapist who is the best fit to support you for your consultation. In your consultation, you will share any issues that you are interested in working on with the therapist. This is also a good opportunity for you to ask any additional questions that you may have about our practice. At the end of the consultation, if you decide to move forward with therapy, you will schedule your first appointment, an initial assessment to determine a personalized treatment plan and frequency for your sessions.
